  • Permanent, Full-time
  • Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity for a Head of IoT Solutions to join one of the UK’s leading independent solutions providers. We are looking for a passionate professional to hold responsibility for the growth of IoT solutions across the business. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • As the IoT solutions expert, you will be responsible for selling a range of products and services that include the IoT Connected Products and Connectivity 
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to ensure the promotion of IoT Products and services and effectively plan and drive IoT campaigns 
  • Pro-actively Identify and acquire new IoT contracts and work across the business to uncover and drive IoT opportunities from the existing base and into new clients 
  • Strategic planning for all current and future IoT products 
  • Drive and deliver an IoT strategy 
  • Deliver analytics and insight driven approaches to new propositions enhancing IoT offering 
  • Understand the market, main competitors, and our customer’s needs to create new IoT experiences 
  • Responsible for Iosolutions revenue and customer retention 
  • Manage the relationship with customers at high level, ensuring ongoing growth 
  • When required, provide relevant training and sales materials within the business to ensure the advocacy of IoT 
  • Deliver quarterly customer/prospect insightful webinar 
  • Forecast new business accurately and present at board level 
  • Achieve such KPIs and targets as agreed by the Company 
  • Maintain up to date records in the company’s CRM and provide relevant daily / weekly / monthly reporting when requested 

Skills and Experience required as our Head of IoT Solutions

  • Previous experience in solution selling within Technology Sector 
  • Proven track record of sales generating and achieving targets and KPIS’s 
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the telecommunications and Technology Sector 
  • Previous experience in leading the design of technology products and solutions 
  • Procure new solutions and present to the business 
  • Excellent communications skills, building relationships at board level 
  • Degree educated desirable but not essential 
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressured environment 
  • Strategic thinker
