About the job
Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

Reporting to the Head of Marketing the CRM Exec role is responsible for the full management and maintenance of Open CRM, the CRM System. You will be responsible for embedding the CRM into all internal sales, marketing and business processes. Using your skills to analyse and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring the data entered by CRM users is “clean” and correct
Training teams and new starters on system best practice
Communicating and feedback on errors
Ensuring all required fields are accurate (bi-weekly checks)
Reporting improper or repeated poor use of the system to senior management
Creating and updating training documents, policies around data and procedures
Keeping up to date with functionality and use via testing and redeploying training for changes
Act as the CRM “help desk” for internal users
Maintaining and controlling access rights, security and privilege settings (starters, current employees and leavers)
Generation of processes and embedding business workflows into the system
Importing and exporting data to keep information in sync
Support and back-end integration projects
Champion the system company wide
Responsible for integration of inherited systems into Open CRM
Skills and Experience required as a CRM And data insight executive
3+ year experience in a sale or marketing admin role
Knowledge or marketing and sales processes/workflows
Understanding of customer related GDPR
Strong project and data management skills
Confident in training others
Strong Microsoft Office Suit knowledge
