As our Telemarketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a small team of telemarketing executives, as well as being responsible for making your own outbound calls. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, motivating the team, and ensuring they provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company sales strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Making outbound sales calls
- Booking qualified meetings for our sales team
- Building your own sales pipeline
- Keeping CRM up to date at all times
- Collaborate with sales and marketing around product campaigns
- Making outbound sales calls (50%)
- Leading & supervising the team, providing training
- Ensuring CRM is kept up to date, and reporting (50%)
Skills and Experience required as a Telemarketing Team Leader
- At least 2 years of telemarketing experience – essential
- Experience of supervising or managing a team – beneficial
- Goal oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
- Motivational approach to sales and team leadership
