Sales Support Apprentice

We’re seeking a Support Sales Apprentice with a keen interest in technology to join our team. As part of our Account Management team, you’ll work closely with our Sales Director to support and strategically manage customer accounts. This role is all about using technology to deliver exceptional service and make a positive impact on our customers every day

About The Role

  • You will be based in our Borehamwood office
  • Permanent, Full-time
  • Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

What will you be doing?

Reporting to our Commercial Director, this is a varied role that will be involved with data analysis, sales administration, and billing support. The role will involve communication and coordination with all our functions (sales, account management, project management and service desk) and will enable you to learn how commercial analysis and reporting support our business’s growth.

Who are you?

You are a friendly, positive, proactive individual who wants to become part of a close-knit team.

As well as having excellent communication skills, you have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to retain information and develop your knowledge over time.

 You are happy to work in a busy office environment, able to multitask, with a logical, tenacious approach to problem resolution.

Previous experience using MS Excel is essential, but we will provide training on all other elements of the role. An interest in IT and technology would be highly advantageous.
