The Senior People Partner is a dual-focus role combining hands-on people integration with broad senior business partnering across the Group. On one side, the role manages people integration and change activity following acquisitions partnering with newly acquired teams and leaders through their transition into Redsquid’s culture, systems and ways of working, and supporting transformation across a fast-growing, multi-site environment.
Alongside this, the role acts as a trusted People Partner to managers and leaders more broadly owning employee relations, contributing to talent management, organisational design and culture, and building manager capability across the wider People agenda beyond integration activity.
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach. This role requires managing a team of service desk professionals (IT, UC and mobile support), ensuring the highest level of service delivery, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
As our Senior IT Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering expert technical support across a range of customer environments, acting as an escalation point for support teams, managing projects, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also support colleagues, maintain technical documentation, and provide guidance on cybersecurity and IT best practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering remote technical support to customers, resolving a wide range of IT issues, and acting as an escalation point for 1st line engineers. You will also maintain accurate systems and documentation, support project delivery, provide proactive IT advice, and ensure excellent service within SLA targets.
The IT Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering against Redsquid’s Regional Sales Teams New Logo Targets. The purpose of the role is to win new logo business for Redsquid, providing C-Level thought leadership, consultation and solution recommendations to new customers.
This is a full-time Solution Consultant role based in Scotland in either Aberdeen or Glasgow area with travel to client locations as required. The Solution Consultant will own definition and delivery of innovative solutions for clients, dealing with senior client stakeholder management, CIO advisory, consultancy, and project delivery.
We are seeking a motivated and technical experienced Team Lead to provide mentoring, guidance and leadership to our IT Service Desk teams. This role is pivotal in driving service and technical excellence, resolving customer issues, and developing your team while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
