The company has acquired MSP (managed IT service provider) OptivITy, an experienced specialist in the film industry, supporting some of the biggest film productions in the UK. The Acquisition: A Strategic Move

Partly funded by an ongoing facility from Triple Point, paired with balance sheet cash funds, the acquisition of OptivITy was facilitated with strategic advice from Altenburg Advisory. This marks Redsquid’s largest acquisition to date, following three successful acquisitions in the past few months. The integration of 12 talented team members from OptivITy will significantly enhance Redsquid’s expertise in network and security services.
