From communications business to £45m technology and cybersecurity group, Redsquid marks two decades with colleagues and partners in London 

London, 6 October 2026 – Redsquid marked its 20th anniversary with a celebration at The Brewery in London on 2 October, bringing together colleagues and partners to recognise the people behind its transformation and share its ambition for the next chapter. 

Founded in 2006 by Sohin Raithatha and Vince Mignacca, Redsquid has grown from a small communications business into a national technology and cybersecurity group with approximately £45m+ in annual revenue. Its services now span managed IT, cybersecurity, communications and AI, supporting organisations across education, public sector and commercial markets. 

The anniversary celebrated Redsquid’s evolution, including a defining six-year period in which it rebuilt the business, expanded its capabilities and welcomed colleagues through acquisitions. Throughout, its ambition has been to make a difference to customers, people and communities. 

Colleagues from across the Group gathered for the evening, including the Cape Town team, who travelled to London. An anniversary film charted Redsquid’s journey, while awards recognised those whose commitment, contribution and shared values have shaped the business. 

The celebration also strengthened connections between teams from businesses that have joined Redsquid, honouring their individual histories and the future they are building together. 

Sohin Raithatha, Co-founder and CEO of Redsquid, said: 

“Twenty years means an enormous amount to me. Vince and I started Redsquid in in spare bedroom in 2006, but we could never have imagined everything that would follow. There have been incredible moments and some exceptionally difficult ones. Getting here has taken belief, sacrifice and a huge amount of commitment from the people around us. 

“I’m enormously proud of what we have achieved, particularly over the last six years. But what makes this evening special is seeing the people behind that journey together in one room, including our colleagues from Cape Town and the teams who have joined us through acquisition. 

“Our ambition is to become the most loved, the most trusted, the best. That means earning our customers’ trust every day, creating opportunities for our people and continuing to make a difference. We have achieved a great deal, and there is so much more ahead of us.”
