Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead

We’re looking for a highly capable and driven Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team. You’ll work directly with department heads and leadership to manage and accelerate our hiring roadmap — from critical leadership roles to operational and integration hires.

Location: Hybrid HQ + Remote
Contract Type: 3-6-month FTC or Permanent (flexible based on candidate)

Skills & Responsbillities required as an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisiton Lead

Experience in a fast-paced recruitment or internal talent function.
Strong direct sourcing skills and an understanding of how to approach passive candidates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to work confidently with hiring managers at all levels.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Workable, Lever, Teamtailor) and recruitment tracking/reporting.
Comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple open roles simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience hiring into the technology, IT/cyber, telecoms or managed services space.
Exposure to hiring during M&A or scale-up phases.
Previous experience recruiting for both commercial (Sales, Ops, CX) and technical (Service Desk, Cyber, Project Delivery) roles.
