- Location: Hybrid (HQ Borehamwood)
- Permanent, Full-time
- Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week
Duties & Responsibilities
- Secure net new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build and nurture client relationships through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Present our products and services with passion and expertise.
- Negotiate contracts and close impactful deals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to shape sales strategies.
Skills and Experience required as a Business Development Manager
- Proven B2B sales experience in IT/Software/MSP environments.
- Success in target-driven, high-growth settings.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies.
