New Business Sales Representative

Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week
Start as soon as possible

The Sales Representative will be responsible for bringing on new business customers. With support from our Telemarketing team, you will get assistance to generate appointments, but you will also be expected to generate your own pipeline via cold calling, networking, social media, calling days etc.

With a focus on our UC product portfolio, you will also support our Head of Solutions in attending meetings generated by our Marketing team. We are committed to investing in your and your career at Redsquid, so together we will agree on a company funded development course ones you have settled into the role. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and hit the monthly Sales Target of by selling Connectivity, Hosted Telephony and Managed Services.
  • Build customer quotes and proposals in line with customer requirements
  • Grow and nurture a healthy pipeline
  • Proactively manage pipeline
  • Manage projections through to completion alongside Support and Project Delivery
  • Remain current and up to date with technology
  • Maintain CRM/Autotask

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Self-motivated
  • Target driven
  • B2B Sales / Account management preferable not desired
  • UC background preferable not desired
  • Ability to negotiate with a commercial mindset
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car, but you will get a car allowance
